DAY # 551: Promotional Contest, Day Two

Yesterday I laid out the plan to run several contests. Then I rested on the idea and today I want to finalize the Maxsimo Contests and the Venture Capital.

Well, after a good night of sleep, here are my thoughts. Not much of a change on the plan, but in some of the wording. For example, how many contests are there? Just 2. One for Maxsimo. The other for the Venture Capital.

Maxsimo CONTEST:

From yesterday...

At 100,000 intervals for SEND MY INFO. There will be a GRAND PRIZE Drawing at intervals of 1,000,000.
At 10,000 intervals for Maxsimo.NET Members. There will be a SECOND GRAND PRIZE at intervals of 100,000.
At 25,000 intervals for Maxsimo Card Members. There will be a THIRD GRAND PRIZE at the intervals of 100,000.
At STEP 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 as P31.COM's STEP BUILDING PROGRESSES.

So, if the above is run, there are prizes awarded at:

10,000 for the Maxsimo.NET Member threshold.

20,000 for the above, again.

25,000 for the Maxsimo Card Member threshold.

30,000 for the Maxsimo.NET Members --again.

The bottom line is that there are TOO MANY awards. Pretty soon we'll find out that the company is running "in the red" from contests. Not the best way to proceed.

He's my solution: RUN the PRIZES for the INTERVALS:

10,000 -- Maxsimo.NET Members: Prize = $25,000.00
25,000 -- Maxsimo Card Members: Prize = $25,000.00
50,000 -- Maxsimo.NET Members: Prize = $50,000.00
75,000 -- Maxsimo.NET Members
100,000 -- Maxsimo Card, etc., etc.
1,000,000 -- Mailing List Subscribers

So, all of this can be put into a SUMMARY like this:

Prize = Product Threshold x 1.00 = Total Allocated to the Prizes.

From $10,000 dollars -- $5,000 to first. $2,500 to second. And $1,000, $1,000 and $500.00 making up 5 people that are going to get prizes. When the total amount is over $100,000 the number of people will expand to 10. And when the amount is over $1,000,000 --The number of awards will expand to 25.

Once again, I'll "sit on the plan" for a day and finalize the idea and the entire contest. Now back to work. Carpe Diem. Sam.
