With over 100 sites on our network, the above idea can create an untold amount of links within the various sites. Furthermore, I am getting many of the domains with traffic their own IP (Internet Protocol) address that give it more relevancy as far as search engines like Google look at the site their "bots" are visiting. The last administrative decision that I've made this year is to renew domains for at least 2 years. This again gives a boost to how search engines look at a site.

Of course, sites that generate a lot of traffic are registered for many more years --some of the registrations that I've done go beyond 2010.

Time flies. Another day over. I spent part of the day contacting several potential JV (joint venture) partners. One of them is a prominent marketing expert and works full time online. His initial comment was that "after 3 years you've only made it to $2,641 or so. How successful is that?"

My initial reaction to that was to explain away why it's not instant success. And then I stepped back a bit for the following reason:

There are many who have had "instant success on the Internet" and those people are off doing "a project a quarter" to continue the success. 'Kudos' to them. Congratulations.

The tools, services and applications that I've built are "timeless" -- they are now taking hold and growing. I don't need the instant success. What I prefer to have is consistent and long-lasting success that is growing by the day at my helm. That is what I always like with everything that I do. Experience has shown that such work also is more rewarding.

I often see projects, ideas --even entire business plans that are doomed and running on the Internet. It's just a matter of time before such endeavors 'cave in'. Good results take effort, the truth and common business sense.

Another day... I re-read what I wrote. After a nights' sleep, I agree whole-heartedly. Good and lasting success is built. That is being done. Back to work...
