DAY # 590: Getting a Great Week Started.

I spent a good part of the weekend working on http://www.robobanner.com. Not only the site but the new ROBO Banner that will deliver text, images, animation and video to viewers on the Internet.

The project is a lot of work. The next step is to get the details of the project and diagrams to our programming partner on this project.

The project is too large for our current staff.

They are busy with making improvements to the existing setup and I'd like to keep the focus on making sure that we keep up with internal improvements.

My objective this week is to get the first round of the setup to the programmers and get them started. Additionally, I need to make sure that they understand all the elements of the program. I know I've been in many situations where I have the plans laid out for what should be a "horse" and the final product delivered is an "elephant" --looking at the latter from the side presents a very complicated picture. In my opinion a horse is simple and a elephant is complicated and exotic!

I've got to make sure that from the start the simple and more elegant route is takes as oppose to the implementation of something that's not easy to understand.

SALES, SALES and MORE SALES:

The rest of the time during the month my focus is on the first 100 PLATINUM Members.

Now, here is an interesting idea -- IF I spend 40 hours online working on sales, I'll make several Silver Member sales. However, IF I call upon business, or people I know in the local area or those who I have corresponded with for years, the sales are a LOT faster and for a higher ticket amount.

I feel the services that we offer now are value packed and ready for the masses and why not start with those that I'd like to help the most? AND those that believe in the success of the Enterprise that I've created? I think that is the best way to proceed!

NOW to MORE SPECIFICS ABOUT the PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP MARKETING APPROACH:

1> First get all the leads that I need for the campaign. I have now amassed around 100,000.

2> I have also subscribed to a service that sends out to 40,000 leads per months. Adding to that is a service that sends out around 30,000 leads per day (but I have to upload them) and send out the email.

3> I will also add around 1 to 3 million leads from a proven source and send to these information seekers over the coming month using the above resource --that's 70,000 emails per day times about 25 days = nearly 2 million contacts.

4> I will also contact approximately 1,000 users of the Warrior Forum, where Internet Marketers "hang out" -- My plan is to find a handful of people from the forum...

5> All this work to make the FIRST 100 PLATINUM SALES! Oh, yes, I left one point out. Usually, a Platinum Member will signup for an account and pay $49.95 per month.

In the special offer that I am making I am asking the new Members to not only signup, then upgrade to Platinum, but also pay for a SOLO ad mailing. I am using those funds to contact the leads and build a business for those who trust me.

Once again, the snow ball started to move in January, now it's gathering momentum. My goal by the summer is to make sure that it's a fast moving, momentum filled steam engine going down some very predictable tracks.

Oh, yes, one item I didn't mention. In my 5-step plan, I'll offer the "system that I've developed" for membership sales and share it will all the first 100 members (who are also representatives) and aide them in every way that I can to keep making sales. When that is done, I'll focus more on the local site elements to help them keep building their business.
