CHECK LIST:

1> Reserve a web domain that represents the idea that we'll pursue. Also get the .net version of it, just to put that away for security.

2> Setup the hosting and database on our dedicated server that has all the domains that you use for promotions. Install Joomla to manage the site.

3> Work on building the first steps --aide her progress by providing the resources necessary to get things going. My target is to get to STEP 23 by the end of 2007.

4> Setup an E-BOOK and several resources to sell.

5> Setup a mailing list for the project using SendMY INFO.

6> Setup all the Maxsimo.NET accounts and Membership accounts to get the revenue building.

7> Take a step back and make sure all the elements in 1 to 6 are working. Make plans for the next few steps.

I think that about does it. I use a checklist, coming from an aviation background. The first thing a pilot does before departing a gate and then before taking off is to go thru a check list to make sure all is well.

In this case the idea is the same --BEFORE the PROJECT takes off a plan is in place to deal with what happens. Of course, these is always the unforeseen, but that is part of life. You adjust as it comes. However, the initial checklist works great as the guide to make sure things are headed in the right direction. Now, back to work.
