Today I started my work to find the 31 "inner circle" to my Rich Sage membership. These are people that I know and will work with to build the first stage of my plan to work with a few hundred 'inner circle' readers of my STOCK of the MONTH newsletter.

Although, it seems that I am doing more and more work, what is happening is that i am now able to focus on the best part and work with others to get most of the tasks done.

Of course, the way I do it is to first do some of the work myself, and understand what needs to be done, and the logic of it, before I assign it to anyone.

The next steps are getting planned, but I am rather cautious about that discussion here. I'll first get that going and talk about some of the decisions.

So, my focus:

1> Building several lists.

2> Helping other also build their own mailing lists.

3> doing all this via Send My INFO.

4> Just writing about everything.

The traffic keeps growing. Anyway, there are about a dozen minor things that I do each day, but that all boring stuff.

Take for example, the little change that I've made to the LEFT NAVIGATION AREA of this site --I've dropped about 50% of the links.

Why? FOCUS.

I'll keep removing WHAT DOES NOT WORK, and keep making better the stuff that does work, including a 100% update to this site.

Bit by bit... A LOT of PROGRESS.

Actually, I made a lot of progress, but it's late and I'll try to update that tomorrow.
