Perhaps, the most important aspect of a home: Location. I could have picked a lot of locations to have a dream home, but in the end it has to be where I feel the most comfortable, and would enjoy the work that I do. I suppose near to one of the company offices and close to where my kids were born would not hurt either. Anyway, I enjoy the places, people and proximity to Washington D. C., another of my favorite places. Location: Loudoun County, Virginia, U. S. A. EXCEPTION NOTE: The country is "tinkering" with their zoning laws, that allow a certain number of houses per acreage. For example, part of the zoning at this time says that there can be only ONE HOUSE in a 50 acre area. However, if that is changed to one house per 10 acres, or something like that, things in Loudoun Country can get a bit crowded and lose it's charm. That is not what I am for. I want the quiet country like feel that it as in many parts now. So, IF this law gets passed, I don't plan to hang around there for much longer than it takes to shop the discount outlet malls.
