Review #2: World's First Global Discount Card --The Maxsimo™ Card.

First of all, the Maxsimo™ Card is my project. It has taken my full-time devotion for several years. The idea first came to me while working at a hospital. The job paid my way thru college, and during my first year at work I received a book with great discounts from the personnel department. The coupons got me discounts all over Columbus, Ohio and all I had to do was show my hospital ID. I remember negotiating for a car for weeks. Then at another dealership all I had to show was my ID and I got the pre-set price. I got done in 5 min. what it took me days with other dealers. In the late 80's this was a big deal as it was my first new car.

I kept using the book and it occurred to me that an electronic version was the way to go. So I got started with it in '91. But had to stop because there was a problem --a chicken or egg problem! I was trying to sell chickens when i didn't even know how to get the eggs to bread them.

After about a year the effort failed. However, I kept a lot of the research going. My idea was to eventually work a partnership with AOL or CompuServe. Those were the ONLINE companies at that time. Then in '94 things got reviewed when the Internet came along.

Then I got the funding together and finally a name and things were officially registered and started in '99.

Now the programming is mostly done and I feel that I am ready to find the Affiliates to grow the network.

My goals with the Maxsimo Card are the following:

Create a global discount card that can help hundreds of millions of people get more value for their money or save buying what they want to buy.

Offer it to local organizations to distribute to their membership.

Get the sponsorship of local financial institutions so that it can also be used with a debit card at local merchants.

Help Merchants save money by having an electronic platform to get their message to members at a low cost.

Help Members save money.

Help Affiliates earn a full-time income with their own business. The Affiliate program is NOT MLM and has 2 levels. You and the organizations that you can work with. Then the organizations also have two levels that enable, for example, a non-profit to generate revenue/contributions from Members. That gives Affiliates an opportunity to earn from a 3-Tier network of Members --Personal sales, sales via an organization and from the sales of the organization to its members.

For example, let's say you signup the local General Store, which offers shoppers a 10% Additional discount on Seasonal Products. Then the store also sells the discount card. Now you'll earn money when the card is used on the Internet and when the Membership is purchased at the store. Not all transactions pay commissions --especially those from 'bricks and mortar' retailers (walk in purchases) --while most online sales where the card is used earn commissions PER SALE!

I believe that the Maxsimo Card gives the opportunity for about 5,000 people worldwide to earn a full-time home based or home-based business income.
