The option to build your own 31-STEP Financial Success Plan, with my aide. VALUE: $6997.00 SECOND PRIZE: ONE UNLIMITED Maxsimo Card Membership good for ONE year. VALUE: $995.00 THIRD PRIZE: ONE BUSINESS Maxsimo Card Membership good for ONE year. VALUE: $295.00 *Maxsimo Card Membership details will be linked from this location when such link is open at Maxsimo.com (Stay tuned) TOTAL PRIZES AWARDED: 25 MONTHS. 25 FIRST PRIZES, 25 SECOND and 25 THIRD PRIZES. 1. The P31-STEP Financial Success Contest is open to all visitors to p31.com. There will be ONE set of winners per month for 25 months. 2. QUALIFICATIONS: Must subscribe to the newsletter via this site. See subscription box on just about every page. You must answer to the e-mail sent with a notification that your email address was chosen. You'll need to provide your name and address to me. 3. Only one winner or qualifier per family or household will be allowed. 4. Winners must sign a release prior to receiving their prize. 5. All prizes, unless otherwise specified, must be claimed with in 72 hours of winning. P31.COM will not notify winners of the time remaining on their prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the prize within the 72 hours provided. 6. All subscribers to the mailing lists must allow e-mail from www.p31.com and www.nextsuperstock.com. Make sure your spam filters allow email from each domain above. 7. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. 8. Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries. 9. P31.COM may substitute another prize of equal value, in the event of non-availability of an announced prize. 10. In the event that there is a dispute on your end (potential winner), you'll have to resolve the issue and notify me in 7 days regarding who will accept the prize and sign the release paper. 11. Staff, Associates of One Paragon, Global Paragon Systems, Nv., Maxsimo Card Services, Inc. and its advertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives, and their families or households their employees are ineligible to enter/win. 12. P31.COM is not responsible for the failure or tardiness of prizes delivered via the postal service or courier. Proper identification (valid driver’s license, passport, state ID, military ID required with the signed release to claim the prize. 13. In certain “unique situations”, a designated representative will be allowed to accept prize for the winner. Written authorization from the winner including representative’s name, ID, and a photocopy of the winner’s drivers license is required. Webmaster*SAM will qualify what constitutes a “unique situation.” 14. P31.COM is not responsible for defective prizes. You'll have to fix/repair the pc thru the purchased outlet/store. 15. Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of Webmaster*SAM, and may be enacted at any time. 16. Webmaster*SAM, affiliated/owned companies, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives absolve themselves of any liability, financial or otherwise, resulting from any contests staged by P31.com. 17. All contests entries become the property of P31.COM and Webmaster*SAM. Furthermore, I may withhold any contest materials crucial to the completion of the contest. 18. All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that P31.COM/Webmaster*SAM has a right to publicize, or broadcast the winner’s First Name, City, State and Country of Residence or all matters incidental herein. 19. All prizes are non-transferable and void where prohibited by law. 20. Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes incurred on prizes received. 21. In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize. Webmaster*SAM then has the right, at its discretion, to award that prize to a contest runner-up. 22. Any tie will be broken by random drawing from among the tied, qualified entries. The drawing will be conducted by Webmaster*SAM, and the results of the drawing are final. 23. The decision of Webmaster*SAM is final. Winner’s will be notified by e-mail. Webmaster*SAM is not responsible for your failed equipment, timeliness and other factors that may cause you to forfeit one or more prizes. ALL INFORMATION (except details mentioned below) will be kept confidential. #1: Your FIRST NAME or NICKNAME. #2: Your CITY/STATE/COUNTRY of RESIDENCE. I will share with my reader the #1 and #2 info. and nothing else. Other than that I'll just need a signed statement that you actually received the prizes. 24. REGISTRATION: Just enter a valid e-mail address in the SUBSCRIPTION AREA that you see at P31.COM. You will get about 2 to 3 emails (PER MONTH!) from NEXTSUPERSTOCK.COM, the stock market information site that I manage. 25. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified via email and you'll have 72 hrs. to respond. No response, no prizes. I'll pick another email address and notify the entry. ONLY AFTER a response will I declare a winner for a given month. 26. TRICKS and GIMMICS: My intention is to award a prize and not trick or deceive you. The prizes are real and they will help you build a business on the Internet. I hope a very successful one as well! Furthermore, there is no purchase, and where reasonable, I'll even take care of shipping the prizes. I am not going to ask for a credit card or anything like the sort! A NOTE about shipping: The cost to ship the PC has to be a reasonable amount. I cannot deliver it to your island that receives packages four times a year. Although, I might deliver it myself, IF invited! B>) 27. AGE: You must be of legal age to receive the prizes. Most areas that's 18 years. OR it may be 21. If you are not at this age, please assign the award to a parent or guardian, who will receive the prizes. 28. MUST HAVE CLAUSE: IN NO WAY am I responsible for what you do with the prizes. That's your own business. You may sell them, give it away or just do nothing. That's all up to you. 29. CONTEST NOTE: I reserve the right to publish the story about the winner and their own P31-STEP Financial Success Plan. You don't have to use your name, just your FIRST NAME (or nickname) and geographic location -City/State/Country. That's it! 30. CONTEST LEGAL NOTE: The contest is VOID where such prizes and awards are illegal. If you live in a jurisdiction that forbids such scandalous activities, please don't enter your email address and register. I don't want to get in trouble. Lastly, if these awards need to registered for taxes, you'll be responsible for such payments. Lastly, this contest is NULL and VOID if for some reason I cannot get to STEP #26 and will begin ONLY AFTER I get to STEP #26 and I "extract" all the money needed for the contest and place it in a separate account from which I'll withdraw funds to pay for the prizes. When this even occurs, I will place a notification below this paragraph. THEN, and ONLY THEN, will the contest begin. 31. In case of a dispute, the decision of Webmaster*SAM is final.
