P31.COM is a practical guide on how to build personal success, that leads to business success and then translate that to a life-long financial success plan. In summary: a journey seeking personal, professional and life-long excellence, one step at a time.
My blog is full of resources, how to files, articles, knowledge base, case studies, etc. to start, build and maintain your success STARTING with whatever you have.
Regardless of where you are and the circumstances you live in, the resources contained and mind-set cultivated here will help you attain your goals and dreams.
Furthermore, not only is the ‘how to’ aspect of the process discussed, the site is also an on-going example as I build my own 31-STEP Success Plan after imposing strict rules and severe limitations. You can do it too!
The culmination of the effort is not only the goal of reaching the 31ST STEP (first is here!) in the Financial Success Plan, but also to build a well managed, well balanced, sustainable life-style as part of the Personal Success, and share the entire 31-STEP success building process with frequent readers and casual visitors.

My goal is to present a 31-step process where I take one penny (US$0.01), which I found on a street as a starting point and double it thirty more times to end up with over $10 million.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I am not a financial advisor, legal advisor or an accountant, and I am NOT responsible for what you do. On this site & blog I am just showing you my thoughts and ideas and present all of it as INFORMATION.
My objective is to accomplish these 31 STEPS using the resources, reviews and plans found on this site! The process started with ONE PENNY (USD$0.01 @ STEP 01) and will end at STEP 31!
DAY 100 UPDATE: NOW @ STEP 11!
Yes, 100 days of Blogging! And an update. Using the Adwords by Google account, I have notched another STEP in the process.
I have moved from STEP 10 where I had 5 instances of USD$5.12 (Total: $25.60) by collecting coins around the house. I was stuck at the point for 8 months, since I started at the end of September 2004.
Now I can report that I have moved on to STEP 11 with 5 instances of USD$10.24 (Total: $52.20). The blog continues this discussion. Why so slow? Read the self-imposed rules. I hope your progress is better. Success. Sam!
